You must be at least 21 years old to register and play on okbe, in accordance with Philippine gambling regulations.
okbe is intended for use by players physically located in the Philippines. Access from restricted jurisdictions is prohibited.
Each player may hold only one active okbe account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and balances may be forfeited.
Any use of bots, exploits, or collusion is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.
Important: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and okbe. By accessing or using the okbe platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the okbe website, mobile platform, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any part of the okbe Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including registered players, visitors, and any other persons who access or use the Platform in any capacity. If you are using the Platform on behalf of a third party, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms.

To register and use the okbe Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:
By registering an account, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. okbe reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued Philippine identification card, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or termination.
Age Verification: okbe strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Any player found to be under the minimum age will have their account immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned in accordance with applicable regulations.
Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the okbe Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, okbe reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and forfeit any balances held therein.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. okbe will never ask for your password via email, chat, or telephone.
You agree to notify okbe immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. okbe shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
okbe is required to verify the identity of all players as part of its compliance obligations. You agree to submit valid identification documents when requested, including but not limited to a Philippine National ID, passport, driver's licence, or other government-issued identification. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may have withdrawal functionality restricted until verification is complete.
You are responsible for ensuring that all personal information associated with your account remains accurate and up to date. Any changes to your registered name, address, contact number, or payment details must be reported to okbe customer support promptly. okbe reserves the right to suspend accounts where information is found to be false, misleading, or outdated.
okbe accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other approved local payment channels. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). okbe does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.
Deposits are credited to your okbe account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. okbe does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which okbe bears no responsibility. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance checks. okbe reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the okbe account holder. Processing times vary by payment method; GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within the timeframes published on the Platform.
okbe is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. All transactions are monitored for suspicious activity. okbe reserves the right to delay, suspend, or refuse any transaction that it reasonably suspects may be connected to money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity, and to report such activity to the appropriate Philippine authorities.
Note: Funds deposited into your okbe account are held for gaming purposes only. okbe does not pay interest on account balances. Unused balances may be subject to inactivity fees as described in Section 12.
okbe may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.
All games available on the okbe Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.
okbe uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology and live dealer systems from reputable game providers to ensure fair and unpredictable game outcomes. The results of all games are final once confirmed by the Platform's system. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, okbe reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account balance.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. okbe reserves the right to adjust betting limits at any time. Players who attempt to circumvent betting limits through the use of multiple accounts or other means will be subject to account suspension.
In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the game will be resolved according to the applicable game rules and the state of the game at the time of disconnection. okbe is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of internet connectivity issues on the player's end.

All content on the okbe Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall look and feel of the Platform, is the property of okbe or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of okbe.
The okbe name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of okbe. You may not use these marks without the prior written permission of okbe.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, okbe, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.
okbe's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your okbe account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. okbe makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. okbe does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Gambling Risk Acknowledgement: You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money. okbe is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through your use of the Platform. Please gamble responsibly and only with funds you can afford to lose.
okbe collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
okbe is committed to protecting your personal information and complying with applicable Philippine data privacy laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law or as necessary to provide the Platform's services.
okbe reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or inactivity. Upon termination for cause, any balance in your account may be forfeited in accordance with these Terms.
You may close your okbe account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable fees and pending wager settlements) will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. okbe reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity fee to dormant accounts after this period. You will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied. The inactivity fee will not reduce your account balance below zero.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the okbe Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
In the event of a dispute, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting okbe customer support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue formal legal remedies as permitted under Philippine law.
okbe reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, okbe will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12.2.
